About the Author:

Dr. Samuel Conn serves as the Director of the Center for Innovative Teaching, Learning, and Assessment (CITLA) at Kentucky State University. Prior to this, he held the position of Director at Virginia Tech's Institute for Distance and Distributed Learning. Dr. Conn works in higher education after completing a 23-year career in Information Systems.
