First edition first printing with all first issue points present- has the word "and only moved because the heavy hands were pendula" on the bottom of page 9. There is also a bullet between the two 8's on the page number of page. Published by Covici Friede Publishers, New York, 1937. With its original first issue dust jacket. The dust jacket is in good plus to very good minus condition with minor tears, chips and creasing- more so to the spine. Spine is sunned with tape repairs to the verso at the top. Minor soiling to the rear panel. The book is in very good condition with just some light soiling. The interior is bright, fresh and clean.
