Unlike an open bookstore, where books are routinely handled and may deteriorate, we guarantee the condition of our books as described. Payment is via accepted credit or debit card through ABEBooks. If you wish to use any other payment option, please get in touch with us first before placing an order. For example, Paypal can only be processed through a direct sale because ABEBooks does NOT accept Paypal payments, NO exceptions. On the other hand, Paypal payments are NOT subject to sales tax unless you live in Illinois whereas ALL ABEBooks transactions are subject to tax. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We ship everywhere. Please note, however, that shipping is AT COST. We do NOT make money on shipping, often lose money, and we cannot afford to subsidize it at all as we are a small rare book business, not a mass bookseller. International is dispatched promptly, but the wait-time is almost always at your country's Customs, over which neither ABEBooks nor we nor your local Post Office have any control.
