Additionally inscribed and with a small drawing by Reiss on the half-title page. Oversized illustrated stiff grey wrappers. 140 pp. Very good, some darkening about the egdes of the wraps as well as some minor chipping. English-born, Swiss-raised Henriette Reiss (nee Luthy) came into her own in 1920s New York as a pioneering designer of textiles, rugs, and graphic arts, developing a school she called "Rhythmic Design" .
