There is a bit of loss to the fore edges and corners of the pages (primarily in the beggining portion). The wrappers are paper, with chipping and edge losses to the front, and with major tearing and losses (inexpertly taped) to the rear. Signatures are stitched. Previous owner name penned on front wrapper. The condition is Very Good considering the 100+ year age. Not ex-library.
