About the Author:

Joe Race was a policeman and instructor for forty-five years prior to his retirement. He is now an adjunct instructor at Northern Marianas College in the fields of criminal justice and English. This is his tenth novel; he has also written a cookbook, a children's book, and a true account of the Vietnam War (with USMC Gunnery Sergeant Robert Holm).
