About the Author: Rene is a Nationally Certified Trainer for the Arthritis Foundation. A Credentialed Adaptive Physical Education instructor for Adult Education. Studied Exercise Physiology at California State University, Fullerton. Adjunct Faculty at Irvine Valley College in the Emeritus program for Adults. Adjunct Faculty at the Huntington Beach Adult School. Health care advocate for the Council on Aging. A Fifty-Plus Lifelong Fitness Ambassador. Volunteer at the Assistance League of Huntington Beach. Early in her career Rene studied at the Martha Graham School of Dance, and the New Dance Group Studio in New York City. Realizing that there was a need for a fitness and health program for adults over 55, she used her knowledge and more than 25 years of teaching experience to develop a comprehensive program aimed at senior fitness and health. She designed this program so that students can reach their potential regardless of age or infirmity. It's Never Too Late to be the best you can be.
