Head and tail of spine of dustwrapper creased, nicked and rubbed with two small chips and tears, with rubbing and creasing to tail of spine. ***480 pages including appendixes. 218 mm x 152 mm. ***'This is the remarkably relevant autobiography of the determined young black man who led the 1970 fight against the New York City Board of Education for a high school students' Bill of Rights.' (Quote from inside front jacket blurb). ***An uncommon title on American Civil Rights. ***For all our books, postage is charged at cost, allowing for packaging: any shipping rates indicated on ABE are an average only: we will reduce the P & P charge where appropriate - please contact us for postal rates for heavier books and sets etc. Bookseller Inventory # 1920
