This is an ambitious and far-reaching official study by many collaborators on the causes of emigration within Morocco of country people to the cities and the their affect on the new communities. It looks at many aspects, including social changes among the tribes both in home areas and within their new communities. The work was supervised by a group of 80 French public employees. In wraps (paperback), with tape label afixed across spine having a number (possibly an accession or shelf number), sign of tape removal or erasure on top right of front cover, spine ends slightly chipped, some soil and light wear. Mostly unopened (leaves uncut at top margin), pages slightly browned, number pencilled on t.p. (same as on tape on front cover). This copy is essentially unused in mostly very good condition.
