Devoted to the work of Henry George, an American economist and philosopher who expounded on a single tax theory regarding distribution of wealth. His work was influential in 19th century politics, earning him many adherents and admirers, even into the 20th century. GOOD condition. Name stamp on the front cover, that of C. Le Baron Goeller. Fold creases present. Heavy browning to the paper, which is rather brittle. Minor soiling and a few small stains. Minor chipping, tearing, creasing and loss along the extremities.
