Plates and facing pages foxed, just a hint of mustiness. Contemporary bookplate. First edition. The Briton visited Rio de Janeiro and sailed along the coast of Chile and Peru after being ordered to the Pacific Ocean. A large part of Shillibeer's narrative concerns Pitcairn's Island. Much interesting information is provided by John Adams, the last survivor oF the Bounty crew.
