Leonard West : Flies : (cover title). 8vo., double clamshell box, containing 100 numbered in ms. actual flies on hooks on 4 off-white plates in gold frame borders, plate 1 & 4, Signed Leonard West, 1913. wanting one fly, No. 32. in sea/green crossed grain cloth, with double decorated copper clasps, slight wear on the corners, cloth is a bit dust worn, extremely rare, no records and listing located. Provenance: C.R. Morphy, with his book ticket pasted over the bookseller blue printed ticket "E.
