A fragile little book in original blind-stamped cloth and gilt spine. Probably originally red but sunning and wear have turned much of it brown, stain to the front cover. Spine has top 1/2" cleanly missing, bottom strap of same size is loose from the front board. Full page map, 10 full page color images plus one fold-out color image, slight splitting beginning at the hinge but still complete and solid. 4 or 5 images missing tissue guard. Plate between pages 4 and 5, Fort William Henry Hotel, Caldwell is loose. Previous owner signature on front inside board and FFEP. Difficult to find with all plates intact.
