About this title

Synopsis:

Faust. A True Native demon born directly from the Pit. Sent by his Superiors to pluck the world's wicked fruit and send those souls screaming to Hell in a hand basket. In the gritty red light district of a nameless city, he will encounter his first taste of salvation. Annie. A beauty whose seductive profession belies her intelligence and tenderness. She will capture the demon's heart from afar, coaxing him to ignore his wicked duties, if only to be seen and felt by her. In this most unlikely of places, mortal and demon will save each other, heart and soul. But redemption is forbidden to a born servant of Hell, putting all that Faust holds dear at terrible risk...

From the imagination of Danielle D. Smith comes a gritty adult fairytale about redemption through love, the first book to be lavishly illustrated by the author.

About the Author:

Danielle D. Smith is both a writer of gritty "outside the mainstream" paranormal tales, and an accomplished fine artist and illustrator whose visual work has appeared in various public, private, and gallery exhibitions and in national publications. In her career thus far she has studied everything from costuming to tattooing, and she is always on the hunt for the next great artistic adventure. Her books have been published under Solstice Publishing, Liquid Silver Books, and her own micro-press, Rebel Rose Publishing, and have hit the Amazon bestseller lists multiple times.

Dani lives in San Diego with a large number of books, indie flicks, and documentaries. Her stories appeal to dreamers, troublemakers, dark romantics, horndogs, and general escapists who are tired of the same old thing in the paranormal fiction world. She is the proud mother of a lovely little son named Ryker, and loves to fill her world with roses, muscle cars, tattoos, motorbikes, awesome books, good food, wine, and, of course, ART. Current projects include the graphic novel version of her wildly popular paranormal adventure tale, "Black Dog and Rebel Rose".
