A contributing editor of "Art & Antiques" magazine, Gomez has also written on art and design for the "New York Times", "Metropolis", "ARTnews", the "Japan Times", "Cond Nast Traveler", "eye", and "Raw Vision". He is one of the contributing authors of "Le dictionnaire de la civilisation japonaise" (Hazan Editions).
