《常见病中成药新用法（第3版）》编者在第2版基础上，参考大量新近医学文献，结合自己丰富的临床实践和教学经验，详细阐述了99种常见疾病的中成药治疗方法，按内科各系统疾病和妇产科、儿科、外科、皮肤科、五官科分章编排。对每种疾病，概述其症状特征、诊断依据和常规治疗；重点详述中成药精选和新用法，包括用药剂量、给药途径、疗效统计和注意事项等。《常见病中成药新用法（第3版）》内容丰富，资料翔实，对普及推广简便易行、经济实惠的中成药疗法，具有很好的指导性和实用性，适合临床医师、基层医务人员和医学院师生阅读参考，亦可供常见病患者求医问药时参阅。《常见病中成药新用法（第3版）》：中成药新用1.盐酸小檗碱（黄连素）盐酸小檗碱为自黄连、黄柏或三颗针中提取的一种有效成分，也可人工合成。常用于治疗菌痢、急性肠胃炎、慢性胆囊炎及眼结膜炎、化脓性中耳炎等疾病，均有显著疗效，深受人们青睐。近几年来，通过医药学家的深入研究，又开拓了一些新的用途，如抗心力衰竭，当心肌收缩力减弱，心脏不能将静脉回流的血液全部送人动脉时，就会造成血液淤滞，心排血量降低，难以满足组织代谢的需要。可在餐前服用盐酸小檗碱来治疗，每次0.4～0.6g，每天3次。一般1～5天见效，总有效率为71%。急症、重症病人仍需送医院诊治。2.复方丹参滴丸将2000年3月-2002年2月肺源性心脏病心力衰竭住院患者按随机抽样法分为两组，治疗组64例，对照组59例。全部病例均采用1997年全国第二次肺源性心脏病会议制定的诊断标准。患者均有慢性咳嗽史6～30年，中度以上发绀、呼吸困难，肺部均有干、湿哕音，41例有明显的哮鸣音，所有病例均有心脏扩大，P2亢进，心率超过100/分，颈静脉怒张，肝大，肝颈静脉回流征阳性，双下肢水肿等右心衰竭及肺动脉高压的表现，心电图示有肺型P波及右心室肥大。治疗组常规治疗，持续低流量吸02，在头孢噻肟钠、氨茶碱、毛花苷C（西地兰）、呋塞米（速尿）、异山梨酯（消心痛）联合抗炎、平喘、强心、利尿、抗血管收缩的基础上加用复方丹参滴丸，每次10粒，每日3次，疗程2周。对照组只予常规治疗，疗程2周。复方丹参滴丸对肺源性心脏病心力衰竭治疗前后临床有效率比较，治疗组64例，显效31例（48.44%），有效28例（43.75%），无效5例（7.81%），总有效59例（92.19%）；对照组59例，显效15例（25.42%），有效21例（35.59%），无效23例（38.98%），总有效36例（61.02%）。治疗组未出现不良反应。现代研究证明，复方丹参滴丸中的成分丹参素能降低血小板聚集，降低血脂和血黏稠度，防止血栓形成；具有钙通道阻滞作用而使血管扩张，还具有使心肌细胞膜稳定，清除氧自由基和能量调节、抑制成纤维细胞增殖和分泌基质等作用；降低肺动脉压。运用复方丹参滴丸与常规治疗对比，差异呈显著性（P<0.05），且在用药过程中无不良反应发生，是治疗肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的有效药物，值得在临床工作中推广运用。3.步长稳心颗粒西安市第六医院内科罗仙亮等观察步长稳心颗粒治疗2003年1月-2007年12月住院的82例慢性充血性心力衰竭合并室性期前收缩患者，82例患者分为步长稳心颗粒治疗组（A组）4
