Stapled to half title page are a business card for the Buchler Catering Corp. at 814 Lexington in NY, and a little folded printed card from "Hotels Under Ralph Hitz Direction" and "Chas E. Rochester, Manager" presenting (this book?) to Marguerite and Catherine Haughey (filled-in ms.). Rochester managed Hitz's Lexington Hotel in NY in the mid 1930s.
