Articles offer a plethora of detailed information and are well illustrated with photos, maps and sketches. From the initial route along the coast, many spurs and extensions were built, one inland to from Sausalito to Petaluma and Santa Rosa. An east-west line between Fulton, north of Santa Rosa, and the coast allowed the N.W.P. to advertise its Triangle Trip, a full day scenic ride to Fulton, just north of Santa Rosa, then west along the Russian River to the coast, and finally back to Sausalito along the coast, excursion price =$2.20-$2.80.
