From the estate of Dr. Eugene Lance who had been a student of Popper, He later worked as a surgeon in Honolulu, Hawaii. Popper often signed often only with his initial K. R. P. Here he wrote the full name. Black cloth binding with gilded title, author and publisher's signet on the spine. Binding and pages in very good condition, no markings or underlining. Some spotting on the top and front paper edges and an old trace of bug damage near the bottom of the inside cover. Dust jacket also in very good condition, except for some bug damage on the front panel. Dj edges with only light shelf wear.
