This report is hard-bound in gray cloth with gilt printing to the front cover and spine. There is light rubbing to the corners and spine-ends. The front cover has very light mottling. The binding is solid and tight. The contents are bright and clean with some illustrations throughout, including one fold-out map of Northern Ohio. Overall Very Good condition. If the book can fit in an Airmail envelope the charge is $15 and should arrive in 6-10 days.
