No date given (19thc) Letter written to Dr. O'Callaghan and asks for information about the meaning of the Indian name of a Mr. William Johnson - Warraghiaghy. Stone, 1835-1908, was a New York journalist and historian. Answer to question is written on rear of letter. Good, small dime size chip on front page (in blank portion, not affecting text.).
