This is a staple-bound booklet bound in pale green publisher’s cloth boards. The binding is sturdy but shows some fading, mild soiling and rubbing. The front free fly-leaf contains a light ownership stamp. A small marginal tear is present on p. 35. Interior pages are otherwise clean. William H. Dower, a doctor and Theosophist was one of the founders of The Temple of the People in Halcyon California. The preface of this booklet opens: "Occultism as a Science of life-forces, gives a key to the art of right living in accord with the Divine and Natural plan of evolution.
