Some external wear and rubbing, mainly at the corners and spine ends, very short vertical tear to the lower spine edge of volume II, front hinge of volume I lightly cracked (cosmetic rather than structural), other hinges good, bindings sound, two pages in volume I detached but present, pages clean and free from names or other markings, maps and plates very good.
