About the Author: Gary Lewis is an outdoor writer, television host, speaker and photographer who makes his home in Central Oregon. He has fished across much of the West with fly tackle, casting, and spinning gear. Born and raised in Washington, he has enjoyed fishing many of the Northwest's most prolific waters. He is a past president of the Northwest Outdoor Writers Association, and a member of the Outdoor Writers Association of America. He is the author of Freshwater Fishing - Oregon & Washington, and Hunting Oregon and has won awards for his newspaper columns, and has written numerous magazine articles some of which have appeared in Salmon Trout Steelheader and Flyfishing & Tying Journal magazines. This is Gary's tenth book.
