Three page manuscript, unsigned, not dated, but noting that their first meeting was in 1930. A group of women attending the May Day festival and Flower show sponsored by the Dimond Merchants' Association in Oakland, gathered for a luncheon in Dimond Hall, elected officers, planned meetings, and enthusiastically set out to beautify their town. They met at member's homes, shared ideas, enjoyed interesting talks, entered an exhibit at the California Flower Festival in San Leandro. Ends with "The Dimond Garden club invites you to come and picnic with us." Folded, light wear, still very good. Bookseller Inventory # 6368
