About the Author:

A.K. Chitale (PhD) is Academic Advisor, and former Director, Govindram Seksaria Institute of Management and Research, Indore. Earlier, he was Professor and Head, Department of Industrial Engineering and Manage-ment, Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology and Science (SGSITS), Indore. Dr. Chitale has authored several books including Organizational Behaviour: Text and Cases; Materials Management: Text and Cases (2nd ed.); Product Design and Manufacturing(5th ed.), and Textbook of Production Engineering, published by PHI Learning.
Rajendra Prasad Mohanty (PhD) is a Vice Chancellor, Shiksha O Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Dr. Mohanty has won many awards and has a significant contribution in the field of Human Resource Management. He is a Member of various global professional bodies like Charter Member, British Literati Club, UK; and Advisory Council, Association of Indian Management Scholars. He has got an academic experience of 34 years and has also authored several books.
Nishith Rajaram Dubey (PhD) is Professor at National Institute of Technical Teacher s Training & Research Institute, Bhopal. Having 26 years of academic experience, Dr. Dubey has been a member of Indian Society for Training and Development and Former Chairman of Indian Society for Technical Education. He has published/presented many papers in national and international journals.
