Original postcards signed by Louis N. Parker. 9 signed postcards, (plus 4 postcards not signed) Italy, Czechoslovakia, and Austria. 1913-1914. Parker (1852-1944) was an English dramatist and composer. He is best known for his play "Disraeli" (1911). All of the postcards show photos or paintings of cities in Italy, Czechoslovakia or Austria. The postcards are addressed to the actor Jefferson Winter (1878-1929), Mrs. Jefferson Winter (Elsie Leslie, 1881-1966) or the drama critic William Winter (1836-1917). Four of the postcards have brief notes from Parker. Nine of the 13 postcards are signed by Parker, using his initial, "LNP". 2 of the postcards have postmark ink stamp on the front. 1 postcard has a thin white line on the front. Postcards come in a small white envelope addressed to Mrs. Jefferson Winter, from William Winter, both in New York. Postcards are clean. Bookseller Inventory # 018420
