# 6599 "Public Buildings in New York City - City Hall". Stereograph on yellow board (6 3/4 x 3 1/4 inch) with label pasted on the backside ca.1870. New York City Hall was designed by John McComb, Jr. and Joseph Francois Mangin and was constructed between 1803 and 1812. Image is quite clear and shows the hall with its wide walkway with fences leading up to the front doors. Citizens on foot and in carriages are in the scene.
