The ACTUAL Costs will be calculated by the weigh of the book packaged for shipment and we will adjust the invoice to reflect this. Orders usually ship within 2 business days. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we will contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. International orders will be shipped by First Class International if under 4 lbs. If over 4 lbs. orders will be shipped by Priority International and prices will be adjusted to reflect the price of shipping to the location.
