A bound volume of this weekly news and opinion magazine, with this featuring several articles on the Russo-Japanese War, including the peace treaty and negotiations held at Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Other articles include 'The American College Girl,' 'The Sword of Peace in Japan,' 'Socialism in Practice,' 'Should Puerto Rico be Self Governing,' 'Football and its Critics,' (examining the potential dangers of football), etc. GOOD condition, ex-library, with a stamp on the inside front cover and a pocket in the rear. Leather scuffed and somewhat deteriorating along the spine, with heavier wear at the head and tail. Minor fading, scuffing and soiling to the covers. Interior clean.
