[issued by 'Human Events,' on occasion of the publication of Luce's book, 'The New Left' (published by David McKay, in 1966)]. Single sheet, folded once to form [4] folio leaves, printed on 4 sides, illustrated (reproducing a black-and-white photograph of Allen Ginsberg, with others, leading a "Days of Protest" March, and photographs of Terence Hallinan and Staughton Lynd. Contains only a brief printed reference to Allen Ginsberg's involvement in the 'Days of Protest' march, briefly discussing his participation. Prints the text of three lengthy articles (gathered from issues of 'Human Events,' in 1966), including "The DuBois Clubs: Making of a Communist Front," "Radical Background of Staughton Lynd," and "Leftists Stage Days of Protests." A brief biographical sketch of Phillip Abbot Luce notes that he was "formerly a leader of the New Left and young Communists prior to his break with the Progressive Labor Party in January 1965… he has cooperated with various governmental agencies [as] a prosecution witness… He has written a book for the David McKay Co., entitled 'The New Left' [subtitled, 'The Resurgence of Radicalism Among American Students']." Unrecorded by OCLC. Contemporary rubberstamp on first leaf: "Compliments of Congressman William J. Scherle. 7th Iowa District." [Scherle was a four-term conservative Republican, U. S.
