About the Author:

Jan Olof G. Lindstrom was born in Sweden and grew up on the family farm. He is a professional technical draftsman with strong interest in genealogy and history. His work at the Genealogical Research Center in Sweden earned him great accolades. Lindstrom is retired but keeps active writing stories based on life in Sweden.

Karen L. Olson was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. She holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Washington. Olson has worked as director of research and development, adoption program coordinator and adoption magazine copy editor.
