Hardcover. xii, 62p., heavily-toned endpapers at gutters due to aging of high-acidity binder's paste, mouse-gnaw to bottom edges (mouse ate cloth, exposing boards); text-block is clean and bright but good-only first edition in red boards. Dust jacket is present, however the mouse chewed up the top margin all the way around front and rear panels, with a nip out of the head.
