This well produced monograph of 91 pages features five tipped in colour plates of protected birds, 15 plates, most full page and sepia, b/w photos in text, maps, (one folded), drawings in text. The four appendices incude tables of the export of wild animals and their products from the Indies. The heavy cream card covers with black front titles decorated with orange bird of paradise. Fabric spine strip extends 5.5cm into both boards, small worn area spine rear edge near centre, Light handling marks front vertical edge and top --- overall VG.
