The Government of Kenya has over the recent five years been running Business Plan Competitions. About the Author:

Kiumbe Paul obtained his Masters Degree in Project planning and Management from the University of Nairobi in 2010. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Project Monitoring and Evaluation. He is a founder member of the Kenya Assocition of Project Managers.
