Snow is Professor of Political Science at the University of Alabama. He previously served as Visiting Professor of Political Science in the Army War College s Department of National Security and Strategy, as Secretary of the Navy Senior Research Fellow, and as Visiting Professor of National Security Affairs at the Air Command and Staff College.
