No date of publication. Bailey & Noyes began business in 1859; 1863 is the year assigned to this publication in WorldCat. Presumably the same plates used previously by Rufus Merrill, and Atwood & Brown, both of Concord, N.H. The text states that the Czar of Russia is Nicholas, indicating that the text was set no later than 1855, when Nicholas I died. Bailey & Noyes must have purchased this from Merrill and added their own wrapper. Scarce.
