Hardcover in orange silk boards. Second edition, revised and enlarged (1922). Book is in poor condition. Text block is detached from spine, silk cloth is fraying along edges, and there is moderate water staining on boards and along edges of front and back pages. The good news is that the text pages are clean and bright, except for the few that are water stained at edges, and the photos and folding parchment paper maps and plans (all present) and are in very nice condition except for the last one, which is torn (torn piece present). 8vo. 524 pp. including index.
