DW exhibits some damp-staining to rear panel & 1" scrape/scuff to author's photo; spine ends bumped with miniscule chips top & bottom; 1/4" closed tear to top right edge front panel and some rubbing. 442pp. Spanish translation of Grace Metalious' famously infamous first novel that caused quite a stir when published in 1956. The book first became a movie in 1957, followed in 1965 by the popular television series starring the young Ryan O'Neal, Barbara Parkins, Dorothy Malone as Constance McKenzie and Mia Farrow as Allison McKenzie.
