Former owner's bookplate 'A. Still'. Language/French = Title translation - "The Corpuscular Philosophy, or Acquaintances and Magnetic Processes in Various Nations". Antoine-Francois Delandine (1756-1820) was elected to the Estates-General or 1789, before being imprisoned during the 'Reign of Terror' for opposing the republican leadership.
