This is not a commonly found book, but it is certainly a handsome one. It's bound in damask fabric with gilt Japanese characters on the front cover. The book wasn't produced for mass market selling, but rather is a keepsake for those who attended from both countries. There's a list of members of the Garden Club of America, a complete travel diary of the trip to Japan, and a complete list of Japanese hosts and hostesses. The book is big at 9" high and 12" across. Most of it is comprised of black and white photographs taken alogn the way. Lovely, especially if you have ties to this event. Size: Onlong. Bookseller Inventory #
