Off-white buckram cloth covers have a green stamped revolver on the front cover, gilt lettering and dcorations down the front cover side of the dark brown spine cloth, as well as on the spine itself. Covers are slightly darkened near the extremities of the buckram, brown cloth area is a bit foxed and rubbed. Extremities are a trifle dust soiled and rubbed. Spine is a little creased at head, corners at head and foot are a trifle rubbed. Endpp. are a little foxed. Signed on the limitation page by the author and artist, this is #1492 of 2500 signed first editions. Text is very clean, embellished with full-page color illustrations of various guns. Binding is sound and tight. D.j. is complete and intact, though it is rather soiled. Flap folds, spine folds are quite rubbed and creased. Extremities are worn, including small closed tears, chipping, creasing, and rubbing. Closed tears have been mended from the back with acid-free tape. Nice copy, digital image available.
