Printed cream wraps. 16 pp. A single poem reflecting on the Pilgrims and their journey and subsequent settling of the New World, speaking in general laudatory terms with a few general historical allusions thrown in. Alfred Street was born in Poughkeepsie, practiced law and wrote poetry, as well as editing the 'Northern Light' in Albany, New York from 1843-44 (see Wikipedia). GOOD condition. Small note in ink on the upper front cover. Faint vertical fold crease present. Some soiling, darkening and wrinkling. Pencil note on the copyright page. Sabin 92772. Bookseller Inventory # 010695
