About this Item
This vintage novel is bound in bright red cloth with black print. There is some age discoloration of the pages, but overall the book is tight and in very good condition--a former owner's name is pencilled on the front fixed end paper. The dust jacket has some wear around the edges and pictures Pincus Hood, New York City art dealer, on the cover, a black and white illustration which is also the frontispiece, by Frederick R. Gruger.
