Clean and sturdy hardcover book, beautifully illustrated by Alice Carsey in full color and black and white, with original bookmark from the publisher laid in. Black textured cloth boards with large color paste-on illustration on cover (unworn), gold lettering on spine (dimmed, but legible). Tiny point of wear to one corner tip. Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound. Illustrated endpapers. Seven color plates. Neatly penned previous owner name on front fixed endpaper. A few spots to text pages. 205 pages.
