Special presentation edition, presented by the publishers to Mr. H. C. Brown. With the bookplates of George H. Sargent and Barton W. Currie. Sargent was the literary editor of the Boston Transcript, bibliographer of A. Edward Newton, and a friend of many authors of his time. Barton Currie was editor of the Ladies' Home Journal and a famous book collector and author of books on books.
