About the Author: Lamar Hamilton is an executive coach and motivational speaker. He is the president of Core Vision, Inc., a leadership development organization whose mission is to enhance the intrinsic leadership potential of its clients. Lamar has coached C-level executives in financial and professional services, hospitality and technology industries on personal leadership effectiveness for nineteen years. He has been the featured speaker at conferences and executive meetings for companies and organizations throughout America and internationally. In 1987, Hamilton founded and led an executive organization that addressed the ethics and values of corporate leaders and their management teams. He co-founded and managed a hotel and restaurant development company in 2002. Hamilton holds a Masters Degree with honors from Bethel Theological Seminary. Lamar and his wife, Judy, live in Eden Prairie, Minnesota with their two children.
