This variorum edition contains all the then-known variants of the texts, with notes by Gabriel Brotier. It was part of a large series of Latin classics prepared originally for Louis, le Grand Dauphin, in the 17th century, and republished by A. J. Valpy in the early 19th century. Finely bound by Victoria (British Columbia) binder Courtland Benson in half tan morocco and a sturdy and attractive matching cloth. Red spine labels.
