Thomas Campbell (1777-1844) was a Scottish poet of sentimental poetry dealing with human affairs. He was involved in the founding of the University of London and was a Rector at the University of Glasgow from 1826 to 1829. This work contains the first American edition of 'Theodric', see - CBEL, vol.3, page 262. Evidence of a article being pasted on the inside of the front cover otherwise a clean copy.
