Pierre-Martin-Nicolas Léchopié (1771-1850) was a composer from Senlis, where he the organist of the cathedral of Senlis. George Willig (1764-1851) was active as a music publisher and seller in Philadelphia from 1794 until his death in 1851. Without his address in the imprint, it is impossible to determine a date of publication. However, his use of "music store" rather than "musical magazine" suggests that it was published between 1824 and 1851.
